Red Door Events offers a complete Event Management Service. Our experiences range from providing event staff to project management.
Equipment Hire
Our equipment is often bespoke to a tournament and can vary from state of the art simulators and inflatable tennis courts to Nintendo Wii's and Kids Golf Karts.
Project Management
We offer a complete project management service which includes management of any build, contractors, services and staff within a particular area or the entire tournament/event.
Event Staff
We are able to provide Event Managers or project managers with varying areas of expertise to work alongside others to assist with a variety of events. Most recently we have provided Event managers to assist with the running of the Indian Premier League, site managers for the World Match Play and the Skoda Pan-European Roadshows.
Data Capture & Tournament Feedback
RDE also operates a data capture system offering you the chance to gather information on the guests who use any of the activities within a spectator village or overall tournament. The system is quick and easy to use and is non intrusive.
With the use of laptops, scanners and specially designed cards, we invite guests to register in order to use any of the activities within a spectator village/tournament, this could also coincide with any free gift distribution that may occur. Our staff would ask pre-determined questions set by the client, such as name and contact details, and they would then be issued with a registration card which has a unique barcode on the back. At each activity they choose to take part in, the card will be scanned, storing the participants’ details against that activity.
The Exit Poll system is a new addition to our services and has been used at HSBC Women’s Champions 09 and the BCA Open Days and Lambing Weekend. Using state of the art PDA’s, the system is complete mobile and is designed to be as least intrusive on people’s time as possible. It is an excellent opportunity to gather live feedback on the tournament and brand perception. We also offer a professional report and analysis on all results received.
